foundations is a charity based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. Family Relationships are our passion-this is why we run Marriage Preparation and Enrichment Courses plus Parenting Courses and Divorce Recovery Workshop, all of which help people from Birmingham, North Warwickshire, The Black Country and Staffordshire.
At foundations we believe that strong relationships, marriage and family form the bedrock of a healthy society. Because of these beliefs we offer Relationship Education in order to help couples strengthen their marriage or relationship and provide engaged couples, or those considering living together, with the opportunity of developing good skills to help them in their future life. We use great courses originated by Relationship Central and Care for the Family

We also believe that couples should regularly attend a Marriage Enrichment course so that their skills can be honed and bad habits recognised and replaced with good ones. Once again we have several Marriage Enhancement resources to suit couples at any stage of their relationships.
When children come along they bring with them, along with great joy, new challenges which, if not dealt with, can lead to relationships becoming strained. To help couples rise to these challenges we have two Parenting Courses for children from 0 – 10 years and teenagers 11 – 18 years
We recognise that, for various reasons, many people go through divorce or the breakdown of a significant relationship. Through Divorce Recovery Workshop, we provide help for people who are suffering in this way.
